If you are just reciting Ayat from Quran again and again. Then I do not think it is haram. Those wazifa has shirkia words and asking help rather than Allah are haram.
In simple words, you can do anything under the circle of Islam. If you are reciting specific ayah and it is from Quran it is definitely halal.

Naz beta Rujhan ko arabic me mil khety hen. Ab ek lafz sy kesy pata chaly ga k wazifa thk he ya nai. Yaa to pura wazifa likhen yaa ye pata ho k wo wazifa kis liye he. Tab he kuch kaha ja sakta he.

Mil meaning in Urdu is Rujhan and Hamdulliah meaning in Urdu is Allah ke Tareef/Hamd. Once we say these words together mil hamdulliah in Urdu meaning rujhan hone ke liye Allah ke tareefen.
